Mark Hicks Jr. Photo“You know more than you think. Take the test- you won’t get anywhere if you don’t. It was such a boost of confidence when I finished my GED.. I’m excited. You should hone in on why you are taking the GED  tests and what you want to do? Come into Blackhawk, talk to them. It might spark your interest. “
- Mark Hicks Jr.
“Taking my GED test was not as difficult as I thought. The instructors helped me to branch out from there and find the resources I needed to get into college. Two of my buddies didn’t graduate high school and are thinking about getting their GEDs. I told them it’s never too late. Always keep pushing forward, even if you have a setback, just push through it and you will succeed.”
