College Preview Day is an opportunity for students and graduates in southern Wisconsin to check out each of the area agricultural colleges and the programs that they offer. The day will also feature a variety of workshops on agricultural careers, industry expectations, and college entrance information. The event’s keynote speaker is Erik Huschitt, General Manager and Vice President of Badger State Ethanol of the Wisconsin Farm Report. The day will conclude with a tour of local agribusinesses. There is no cost for this event.

8:00 am – 9:00 am: Exhibitor Setup
9:00 am - 1:00 pm: Exhibitor Hall Opens
9:00 am: Students arrive, opportunity to mingle with college representatives at their booths
10:00 am - Noon: Workshops
- Ag Career Opportunities ( Why should I consider Ag?)
- College 101 ( Financial aid and the need to know things about college)
- Industry Expectations (panel discussion with human resource leaders)
- Stackable Credentials
- Ask the experts -- How did they get to where they are today?
10:00 am - Noon: Students will be able to continue conversations with individual colleges if they choose. They will not be required to attend workshops if they are still speaking with college representatives.
Noon: Lunch/keynote speaker- Erik Huschitt- General Manager and Vice President of Operations for Badger State Ethanol
1:15 pm: Local tour of agribusinesses.
