Form 1098-T Tuition Statement information now available online. Form 1098-T is an informational statement intended to serve as a guide for the taxpayer. Form 1098-T contains information intended to assist the taxpayer in the preparation of his/her individual federal income tax return. Forms are mailed to eligible students by January 31.
