Blackboard Support
Training on Blackboard Basics for version 9.1 is available by appointment or by group training. Sessions are listed on the Master Training Calendar. For Blackboard support check out the Instructor and Student Blackboard Support Sites or contact the online Blackboard Help Desk.
Office 2007 and 2010 Support
Training on Office 2007 and 2010 is available by appointment or by group training session. Support for Word, Excel and PowerPoint is available. See the Master Training Calendar for workshop offerings.

Just in Time Assistance
Individual support is offered on all aspects of instructional design, from curriculum and syllabus creation through classroom presentation.
- Tutorials and workshops on computer topics related to online teaching and classroom technology
- Special presentations and workshops by TLC faculty and invited speakers, on topics related to faculty development (teaching, learning, technology, assessment, and curriculum).

Equipment Checkout
The TLC has a number of digital cameras, camcorders, laptops, and Kindles for use in creating educational materials. These items are available for short term checkout .
