Find your Learning Style
During this session new students will learn about different ways people learn. Students will understand how learning styles helps students become more prepared in the classroom and achieve success.
Financial Aid & Financial Responsibility
During this session students will become familiar with the BTC financial aid process and learn what financial services are available to students.
Stand out from the rest to be the best (Career and Leadership)
During this session students will learn the opportunities available at BTC to gain professional skills and leadership that will lead to landing the job of their dreams. This session will cover BTC services and programs related to career services and leadership programming.
Stress Management for students
This session will provide students techniques and strategies to reduce stress. Students will leave with an understanding of how to identify stress and how to handle stress in their daily lives.
Time management is key to success in college. Students who attend this session will walk away with strategies on how to balance school, family, work and other obligations.
