The Rock County Education and Criminal Addictions Program (RECAP) is a cooperative program among BTC, Rock County Sheriff's Office and CESA #2. The program provides Adult Basic Education (ABE) and GED/HSED instruction, Cognitive Interventions Program (CGIP), drug and alcohol counseling, job readiness, and live work experience for approximately 200 county inmates at the Rock County Jail.
Additionally, GED/HSED and employability courses are offered at Beloit Probation and Parole and Rock Valley Community Programs
