this training is available to area manufacturers to enhance
manufacturing support skills.

chemical or food processing company in Rock or Green counties, all

MSSC Certification - NEW
The 2008 edition of the DoL grant activities
includes several opportunities for your organization to get involved
with the state-wide Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC)
initiative. Blackhawk Technical College (BTC) is offering the
complete array of MSSC Certification steps from pre-assessment,
through online and classroom training, and culminating with the
national certification assessment which leads to a Production
Technician Certification issued by MSSC.
BTC staff members are available to explain the
value propositions of MSSC certification and its implementation
process to you, your decision making team, or your prospective

30-60 minute overview which can be presented at your site.
