Blackhawk Technical College helps business learn about how to sell goods and services to the State and Federal governments via a partnership with Madison Area Technical College’s Business Procurement Assistance Center (BPAC). Staff at MATC-Madison BPAC can provide assistance and information about the Government Procurement Network.
