Contact Manager, Training and Consulting Services, Rick Dannemiller , with your questions about OSHA regulations, workplace safety, and safety resources.  Rick also concentrates on training and technical assistance for general manufacturing businesses as well as construction, distribution, transportation, plastics, chemical processing, automotive supply, food, and agriculture.  Rick is also able to assist health care organizations, real estate, appraisal, insurance businesses and community-based organizations.  He can assist businesses related to education, government, protective services, finance, utilities, and alternative energy.

Manager, Training and Consulting Services, Wendy Schultz assists in training and consulting services for a major local auto manufacturer.  She can also be contacted to collaborate with the resources of BTC to provide education, training, and technical assistance for the employers of the district to enhance the development and economic value of the workforce.

The Experiential Learning Coordinator Jeff Messer manages the BTC Outdoors Unlimited Ropes Course and related training.  This encompasses unique and powerful interactive teambuilding and "challenge by choice" activities for youths, ages 12 and above to adults of any age.  Training can be customized for corporations, small businesses, schools, churches, community organizations, non-profit groups, and others.  Safety is designed into the experience through state-of-the art equipment and certification standards for facilitators.

Strategic Business Consultant Sandy Paulsen uses software and technology to motivate people to new levels of productivity.  She has developed and maintains BTC's authorized computer testing center and offers MOS testing, A+ testing, IC3 certification as well as other advanced computer programming testing and certifications.  Her skill and experience has made her the go-to person for countless organizations and individuals who rely on her for answers to existing challenges and planning for the future.

Continuing Education Coordinator manages a staff of more than 80 part-time instructors teaching a broad variety of subjects ranging from computers to welding.
