TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
differs from Customized Training in that assistance is provided in
specific skill sets that meet a specific need. Whether it’s
strategic planning, customer profiling, grant development for
training grant funds, employee testing/assessment, giving an independent third party
opinion, or facilitating your meetings with objectivity for more
effective outcomes, BTC Consultant Trainers can help you connect
with the technical expertise you need.
The
Computer Resource
Center (CRC)
exists for both organizations and individuals who require a location
for testing or help with specific software or hardware. The CRC may
be used in conjunction with technical assistance or to provide one
on one training.
Training Programs, Workshops & Seminars
Institutes, clinics, and short-term courses are also offered
by the college’s Center for Business & Professional Development in
cooperation with many agencies representing business, education,
government, industry, and labor. Speakers at these programs are
specialists who present new ideas and share their experiences with
focus on unique or specialized content.
