Welcome to the Children's Learning Center
at Blackhawk Technical College

BTC Children’s Learning Center (CLC) serves the students, faculty and staff of Blackhawk Technical College, as well as P4J participants.  The teachers have an education in Early Childhood Education that include degrees, diplomas and certificates.

BTC Children's Learning Center is a Preschool 4 Janesville (P4J) partner. This 4k program offers a developmentally appropriate preschool experience.
