Welcome to the Center for Transportation Studies, located at the heart of a rapidly growing commercial, industrial, and residential area in northern Rock County.
The Center for Transportation Studies is a contemporary education facility featuring modern shops, large classrooms, a state-of-the-art computer lab, library, solarium, lounge area, staff offices, and a small conference room.
We are the home of Automotive, Diesel, Green Industry, and Apprenticeship programs at Blackhawk Technical College. Community education classes on computer applications and other fields of interest are also offered at the site.

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM-9:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
