Blackhawk Technical College is a local participant in the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS), the Wisconsin Group Health and Life Insurance programs. In addition, the College offers dental and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, and a generous paid time-off package.
