Training and professional development are provided for employees on a regular basis to promote position knowledge; enhance professional skills; and build awareness of affirmative action, sexual harassment, and diversity.
Blackhawk Technical College training & development programs include new employee orientation, staff in-services sessions, employee workshops, technical training, management development, and professional development. Staff development activities are created in collaboration with the Professional Development Committee.
