(IMPORTANT ACTION DATE FOR FALL SEMESTER)
For priority
consideration and eligibility for aid for fall 2008 term, submit
FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online at
www.fafsa.ed.gov. Applications are reviewed in date order
from when all documents have been received by the BTC Financial Aid
office.

NOTE:
The book charge program is not available for
Summer term.

IMPORTANT ACTION DATES FOR FALL SEMESTER:
August 14, 2008
- Must be registered for fall
classes and have authorized financial aid grants or loans to be
eligible to charge books using your financial aid.
August 16, 2008
- You may view your eligibility
for charging books for Fall term. (See Book Charge

August 18, 2008
- First day to charge books in
the BTC bookstore
September 9,
2008

Last day to
add or drop a class for financial aid purposes. (For Financial
Aid to pay for late starting classes, you must be enrolled for
those classes by this date.)

Last day to
charge books in the BTC bookstore.
September 10,
2008
-
All financial
aid funds (INCLUDING LOANS) will begin to be applied to
student accounts.
Beginning week
of September 15, 2008

Refund checks
for grant/loan credit balances will begin to be mailed weekly.
