Help Resources - Employee Banner Tutorial
Banner Web for Employee allows Blackhawk Technical College employees
to view their benefits and deductions, payroll, W-4 and W-2
information, and current and past jobs.

BTC Online Information Main Menu
Note: Your BTC Online Information System Tabs &
menus may look different than the example below. The tabs &
their menus will vary dependent on whether you are an employee,
student, and/or faculty member.
Personal Information
The Personal Information Tab allows students, employees and faculty
to change their settings for Banner Web as well as update email
address, emergency contacts, and address/phone numbers.
Employee
Employee Tab is available for BTC employees to view their benefits
and deductions, payroll, W-2 and W-4 information, and current and
past jobs.
Faculty Services
Employee Services Menu
Benefits and DeductionsView your health, dental, and life
insurance coverages. See contributions to retirement, Flex
Spending Accounts and miscellaneous deduction history.
Pay InformationView your Direct Deposit breakdown, your
earnings and deductions history, and pay stubs.
Tax FormsView W-2 and W-4 information.
Personal Information Menu
Change PINThis allows you to change your personal
identification number (PIN) used to log into Banner Web.
View Address(es) and Phone(s)Allows you to view the
addresses and phone number you have listed for Blackhawk Technical
College.
Submit e-mail to change Addresses/PhonesIf you name has
changed or you have moved, please use this option to send an email
to notify Human Resources of the change.
View E-mail Address(es)View your e-mail addresses that you
have listed with Blackhawk Technical College.
Update E-mail Address(es)Update your e-mail addresses that
you have listed with Blackhawk Technical College.
View Emergency ContactsView your emergency contacts that
you have listed with Blackhawk Technical College.
Update Emergency ContactsUpdate your emergency contacts
that you have listed with Blackhawk Technical College.
Submit e-mail to change martial statusIf your marital
status has changes, please use this option to send an email to
notify Human Resources of the change.
Name Change Information
To request a change of your name, please stop by the Human
Resources office located in District Office.
Social Security Number Change Information
To request a change of your Social Security Number, please stop
by the Human Resources office located in District Office.
