Help Resources - How Do I Get Started with Banner
BTC students may begin using the Online Information System (OIS)
immediately. You have been given access to the OIS, but will be
required to change your PIN the first time you attempt to access the
system.
Your initial assigned PIN is your date of birth. If
you did not provide that at the time of registration, you will not
have access to the Banner OIS. Please send a request to
bcisewsk@blackhawk.edu
to activate your PIN. The PIN number must be
a six-digit number. (OIS will only accept numeric digits.) We
encourage you to store your PIN in a secure place where you will
always have access to it.
To access the Banner Logon page go to the top of any of the
www.blackhawk.edu web pages and locate the Logon To link bar
and click on Banner for Students link.
Reactivation may take up to 48 hours to occur.
