Request to Reactivate PIN Number

The PIN is a Personal Identification Number that must be used in conjunction with your Student ID Number.  You will need both of these numbers to access your personal data which is located in the secured access area.

Your PIN will be disabled after three failed attempted logins to the Student Web.  You may send a request to bcisewsk@blackhawk.edu  to reactive your PIN.  The PIN number you request must be a six-digit number.  (OIS will only accept numeric digits).  For security purposes, please include your student ID number, home address, telephone number, and an email address with your request.  You will be required to change the number the first time you access the Student Web.  We encourage you to store your PIN in a secure place where you will always have access to it.

Reactivation may take up to 48 hours to occur.
