Monroe Campus

The Monroe Campus offers a wide variety of course delivery formats to accommodate the varied needs of our students.  Choose the format that best fits your needs.

Compressed Video Course

Two-way video technology is utilized to allow students to participate in a course though the instructor may be at another campus.  Students see, hear, and respond to the instructor using a television monitor and speakers.

Directed Study Course

The directed study option requires that students meet with instructors on a weekly basis for a reduced amount of time requiring students to conduct more work independently outside of class.

Flexible Lab Course

This format allows students to customize class hours within the operational hours of the lab.  An instructor is available during posted hours to assist students with accessing course materials and completing course assignments.  Specific course hours may be required in some cases.

Independent Study Course

Self-motivated students enjoy the flexibility of completing courses independently.  Student may be required to meet with the instructor periodically and/or complete tests at the Monroe Campus.

Online Course

Self-motivated students with strong computer skills enjoy the flexibility of completing a course entirely online.  Keyboarding skills and knowledge of the Internet and email are strongly encouraged.  For additional online courses available through other technical colleges in Wisconsin consult the E-Tech website at http://www.etechcollege.com.

Individualized (Arranged) Course

Students will be required to schedule weekly hours at either the Monroe Campus or Central Campus. Students should contact the instructor immediately upon registration.
