The Registration and Records Department at Blackhawk Technical College is the department to inquire about registering for courses, receiving transcripts and resolving questions pertaining to your financial obligations with the College. We strive to provide you with accurate information and assist you in a seamless transition through the registration process.
The majority of the policies set in place regarding registration and records is determined by the Wisconsin Technical College System. Therefore, required fees and other financial policies are dictated by these statutes.

Our Central Campus office is open Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our Monroe Campus is open Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. - Noon.
