The University of Wisconsin-Rock
County, Blackhawk Technical College and the University of
Wisconsin-Platteville are entering into a collaborative agreement
aimed at increasing the number of bachelor's and master's degrees in
Rock and Green Counties. Three specific target markets have been
identified:

Occupationally trained Blackhawk
Technical College faculty members who do not hold degrees from
accredited institutions

Career changers with interest in
pursuing additional educational opportunities

K-12 area educators who are
interested in completing master's degrees
