Submit Your Transcripts

Please have your high school or college institution send your official transcripts, via a verified third-party vendor such as Parchment, to admissions@blackhawk.edu. You may also have your institution mail them* to Blackhawk Technical College, 6004 S. County Road G, Janesville, WI 53546. If you've earned an associate degree or higher, the high school transcripts requirement is waived.

*If sending your transcripts by mail, do not open them or they will not be counted as official

Check your email

Once you’re accepted, you will complete the Advising, Registration, and Onboarding (ARO) process. The ARO process has two parts, and completing both parts will allow you to register for classes and prepare you for the first day of the semester.

Please Note: If not included on your transcripts, submit your official ACT, SAT, or Compass scores or take the free Accuplacer at Blackhawk.
