The Student Success Center at Central Campus (Room 2200) provides numerous services and resources. Here you will find:

  • Resources to prepare for college level classes

  • Classes to improve your English language skills

Tutoring Services

Blackhawk Technical College provides tutoring services at no cost to credit students enrolled at the college. These services are provided at all campuses upon request. Check out our on-campus and off-campus tutoring resources.

Disability Services

BTC provides accommodations and support services to students with documented disabilities as well as guests participating in BTC sponsored activities at our facilities. Learn more about Disability Services.

English Language Learners Program

We provide English Language Learning (ELL) classes and labs for students who wish to develop more proficient English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. These classes are offered at various times and campuses and students can join most classes at any time. Click here to learn more about the program.

RECAP

The Rock County Education and Criminal Addictions Program (RECAP) is a cooperative program among Blackhawk Technical College, Rock County Sheriff's Office, and CESA #2. The program provides Adult Basic Education (ABE) and GED/HSED instruction, Cognitive Interventions Program (CGIP), drug and alcohol counseling, job readiness, and work experience.
