Student Cupboard

Helping Students in Need

The BTC Student Cupboard provides supplemental food and other necessities for current students and their families who are in need. Our vision is to ensure no BTC student goes hungry because of a lack of income or access to food.

Now we have three options on how to shop! Students can shop in-person during open hours, schedule an appointment to shop off-hours, or request a no-contact pick-up.

1

Shop In-Person During Open Hours

Current students can shop the BTC Student Cupboard in person during our open hours (listed below). All you need to bring is your student ID.

  • 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday
  • 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday
  • 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday
  • 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday
  • 8 a.m.-12 p.m. Friday
2

Schedule In-Person Shopping Off-Hours

To schedule an appointment for in-person shopping, please email btcstudentcupboard@blackhawk.edu. In your email, list a few days/times that work for you to shop in-person. Within 1-3 business days, a member of the Student Cupboard will reply to your email with the day/time of your in-person shopping appointment.

Note: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will need to reschedule.

3

Request a No-Contact Pick-Up

Email btcstudentcupboard@blackhawk.edu to request a no-contact pick-up. In the email, please detail: the number of children (age 0-17), adults (age 18-64), and seniors (age 65+) in your household and any particular items you need/want included.

Within 1-3 business days, a member of the Student Cupboard will reply to your email and let you know when your items are ready for pick-up. Once available, you can pick-up your order at Central Campus during regular business hours.
