The Law Enforcement Basic Jail Academy focuses on the philosophical and tactical principles of working as a correctional officer in Wisconsin. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible for certification with the Wisconsin Department of Justice – Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board.

This program prepares you for a career in law enforcement. Over a course of 720 instructional hours, we will train you for certification with the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board.

Paramedics provide emergency pre-hospital care to those experiencing a medical emergency such as illness, injury or trauma.

Students will learn to manage emergency patient care and transportation as well as how to function as part of a comprehensive emergency management system response team under medical oversight.
