The Quality Food Production diploma is a fully online program that prepares students for careers in food manufacturing and quality assurance. Students gain the knowledge to assess production processes with an emphasis on food safety, precision, and regulatory compliance while learning to develop and implement effective food safety systems.

The curriculum covers key industry standards and both state and federal regulations, helping students understand how to maintain safe and efficient operations. As part of the program, students earn valuable certifications in HACCP, PCQI, and Lean/Six Sigma, strengthening their credentials for the workforce.

Graduates are equipped to pursue or advance in roles focused on food safety and quality, with the skills needed to analyze processes, improve systems, and support high standards in food production environments.

  • Conduct internal audits to assess food safety and quality system effectiveness
