Making sure the right items are at the right place at the right time is the responsibility of the supply chain professional. Sounds simple enough, but a career in supply chain management is far from simple. The Supply Chain Management associate degree prepares you to enter the field with minimum on-the-job training and with the skills and knowledge you need to quickly advance to a position of increased responsibility and project management. In addition to a comprehensive curriculum, this program offers you the opportunity to become certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Logistics Technician through the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council. Plus, you can choose how you attend class – in person or entirely online.

Supply chain management is a fast-paced, challenging, and exciting career option – one that allows you to play a critical role in a company’s bottom line. You’ll oversee the systems that move goods and/or supplies from raw materials to the production floor to the final distribution point, keeping everything within budget and on schedule. From supervising purchasing, transportation, inventory tracking, and warehousing, supply chain makes a profound impact on a company’s success. And it’s a growing field, where the demand for qualified employees far exceeds the number of candidates available. No other career or profession gives you the opportunity to be a part of the end-to-end product lifecycle like supply chain management does.
