As smartphones and mobile devices become more widespread, that number will continue to grow and with it the need for qualified Web Software Developers. As a web software developer, you will play an important role in developing software applications that can be used on a variety of platforms. You’ll write and design programs using various programming languages to maintain computer files and websites.
It’s an exciting field that continues to grow and leads to a wide range of career opportunities including analyst/programmer, e-commerce, or web design/support positions. The program is designed to prepare you for entry-level web development jobs in the government, insurance, manufacturing, service, software development, wholesale and retail sales, utilities, banking, and accounting industries.
