Monroe Campus: This intensive one-day Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points noncredit training is designed to provide an introduction for food processors. Learn to build and maintain a robust food safety system in compliance with Global Food Safety Initiative and regulatory standards. Spanish instruction in real-time is part of this course.
