Members of the public may submit written communications to the District Board on items on the agenda. Written communication regarding items on the District Board's agenda should reach the Office of the President (OfficeofthePresident@blackhawk.edu) no later than seven (7) working days before the meeting. The matter concerned is to be before the District Board. All such written communications shall be dated and signed by the author and shall contain the residence or business address of the author and the author's organizational affiliation if any.
Public Participation Policy
Members of the public wishing to address the District Board must complete the "Registration Form to Participate in Public Comments" to be allowed to participate in the Public Comments part of the regular District Board meeting.
