In celebration of our new Public Safety + Transportation Center, you are invited to Blackhawk Technical College’s FREE Community Day open house on Thursday, June 30 from 4-7 p.m.
Come explore the new facilities at our Central Campus where you, your family and your friends can:
- tour the new fire tower
- experience mock police scenarios
- watch a medical helicopter land and take-off
- ride in an 18-wheeler
- enjoy a vehicle showcase
- test out a police shooting simulator
- AND SO MUCH MORE!
Enjoy free popcorn and ice cream as you discover first-hand the training Blackhawk public safety and transportation students experience.
Food trucks, including 3 Chicks and a Truck, Eat at Joe’s and Disco Chicken, also will be on site, offering food for purchase.
