The Simulation Center strives to teach and advance in healthcare education, promote excellence in patient care, and provide top-quality training in multiple areas of health and public safety through realistic simulations.

We can supply your staff with a realistic, competency-based scenario along with a guided script for consistent feedback. Simulations may be scheduled here at our Central Campus or brought to your organization. When scheduling a simulation, we will provide you with a detailed quote, custom to your needs.

Adult Female Simulator named Victoria

Victoria is a state-of-the-art, tetherless, maternal-fetal birthing simulator who is lifelike and capable of simulating high/low risk frequency deliveries, post-partum care emergencies, as well as non-gravid patient cases for OB/GYN and med-surg training. Currently, Victoria is our primary and preferred simulator for our nursing program and continuing education skills program for community-based training. Victoria can be used with real hospital equipment including pulse oximetry, defibrillator, and blood pressure cuffs. She can be intubated and placed on a ventilator as well. Her birthing baby can relay all aspects of APGAR scoring as well. Victoria comes with pre-programmed scenarios as well as the option to create and save new simulation experiences.

Infant Female Simulator named Super Tory

Super Tory is our newest, tetherless simulator weighing in at just 8lbs and 21 inches long. She represents a full-term newborn with realistic, lifelike features. She has programmable mouth, eyes, and limb movement as well as crying, retractions, and throat and lung sounds. She has dynamic lung compliance and can be supported on a real ventilator and has real expired C02 when using real capnography. She has real patient monitor support with pre/post ductal peripheral capillary oxygen saturation (Sp02), electrocardiogram (EKG), non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP), and live pacing and defibrillation. Infusions and sampling can be done utilizing her scalp, hand, umbilicus, and intraosseous (IO) access. Super Tory comes with pre-programmed scenarios as well as the option to create and save new experiences.

Adult Female Simulator named Surgical Chloe

Surgical Chloe is a full body, tetherless, high fidelity, female surgical simulator. She can be used with real surgical instruments and reproduces real surgical competencies. She has unique pathologies including but not limited to ectopic pregnancy, hemorrhaging uterus, dermoid cyst, endometrioma, and so much more. She has a patient monitor that displays real patient vitals during surgery. This simulator can simulate minimal and invasive procedures while providing real feedback along with CPR and circulation programming.
