Golden Brick Awards

The Golden Brick Awards Ceremony is an event that celebrates the achievements, aspirations, and contributions of our community’s industry partners and individuals who have gone above and beyond in the past year to advance Blackhawk’s mission and vision of preparing students to be successful in work and life. We take this time to celebrate academic excellence, to honor partnerships, and to highlight alumni who pave the way for the creation of a strong and vibrant workforce through their outstanding collaborations and efforts with the College.

Awards Open for Nomination

Please consider nominating deserving community employers, key community leaders, or organizations to receive this distinct recognition for their exceptional work with Blackhawk. The Golden Brick Awards will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, on Blackhawk Technical College’s Central Campus.

The timeline for the nomination period is as follows:

Nominations Open: January 17, 2023

Nominations Close: February 10, 2023

Announcement of Winners: February 28, 2023

Additional Awards

The nomination selection process has already occurred for the Alumni Awards and the Faculty & Staff Awards. They will be formally recognized and honored at the 2023 Golden Brick Awards Ceremony.
