Blackhawk Launches BTC Student Cupboard October 4, 2018 Blackhawk Technical College, in partnership with Caritas and Second Harvest Food Bank, launched the BTC Student Cupboard on Oct. 3, 2018. The Cupboard provides supplemental food and other necessities for BTC students and their families who are in need. For its opening, the Cupboard has received 19 applications for services. Early Childhood Student Finds Balance and Success at BTC September 20, 2018 Balancing a campus job with being a full-time student seems to be the norm for many college students today. The norm for Blackhawk Technical College (BTC) student Noel Jones also includes volunteering and raising her five children between the ages of 2 and 10.
